There's a new grill in town

Flipside Steakhouse and Sports Bar contacted me for some food shots for 7x7 magazine.

The magazine specified they wanted birds-eye view images of the dishes, so I shot them from above, but a few looked better from the side, so I shot them both ways.

Less is more with food styling. A simple dribbled garnish and a light sprinkling of ground red pepper is all that's needed to adorn this dish of roasted peppers.

I like to get in tight with a slightly lower angle to emphasize the texture of the food.
